What do you have that buyers/sellers/fsbo's/expireds/frbo's/investors WANT?

Day 1: Create a Keller Mortgage social post.

  • Log into with agent access (top right of the page). Use your Command Logins.

  • Click under KM settings and Copy your private link, that you can send to clients to get them pre-approved. Paste into your Command notepad (when you log in to Command, there is a notepad on the dashboard where it drops you.

  • Under marketing, you can download social posts.

  • Make a post about how much money a buyer could save on your favorite house on the market right now. (hint: look on your app)

Day2: Market expert on current and future issues: iBuyers. Explain to people what iBuyers are. Do some research.

Day 3: Massive exposure to your Sellers - 7% listings.

  • attend training at 2pm!

  • practice explaining this to your family.

Day 4: Net your clients more money - Tell a story about Concierge

Day 5: KW specialty divisions

  • Market our divisions to your friends and family through a question on social media.
