Real estate is a relationship business, and who you're in business with matters. This week, you'll want to dig in to your allied resources - these are people who we frequently need to reach out to, before, during, and after transactions. Lenders, titles reps, escrow officers... just to mention a few.
This week, your goal is to build a "MY TEAM" flyer.
Each day, reach out to at least one allied resource, and get their picture, and correct title, so you can add them to your team flyer. The voice to voice conversation is crucial here - you want them to know you so they can help you in a pinch. Please also set follow up coffee / happy hour / meetings with them. See suggested list below.
If you don't know anyone in a certain position, ask your resources - facebook groups, office facebook pages, fellow realtors, your agent services coordinators and team leaders, etc. Think of your friends and family - perfect reason to call people and ask who do they know in these categories, who they love/trust.
Design a flyer that you can add to your listing and buyer presentations. You can easily make one in Canva.com or in Command Designs. See link below to canva templates.
Don't include their contact info on the flyer - this is something you want people to contact you for. You can create a separate excel or contact sheet for this purpose. They should also be added to Command contacts and tagged appropriately!
Print flyers and include in your presentations. Also make a facebook post.
